July 210 BC, the first chinese emperor died suddenly in sand hill, which is in recent Guangzong town, Henan province. In 210 BC, the fifth visit of Qin, the aim of this time was to turn danger into safety and seek for the elixir. This long journey had eventually tired him down, on the way back to capital Xianyang, epilepsia outbroke, his head was beated on the bronze ice container, stroke down the container and the ice pieces are out everywhere, then his wound was infected, which appeared the symptoms of headache, vertigo, fever, vomit and so on. The first emperor died in sand hill at last.

The parlance of being murdered was proposed by the chinese famouse writer Guo Moruo. He regarded that the emperor was killed by his impious son-Hu He. The following reasons can explain it:

First, even though the first emperor’s head was hit on the container, it was not the death-wound. So they changed the content of letter, supporting Hu He to be the next emperor and killing Fu Su and Meng Tian. Qin stayed at sand hill only one night and was dead in sudden, the next morning after his death, Qin was found his right ear with black blood which was stiff as the stone, Guo Moruo considered that Hu He assassinated his own father in order to scramble for the emperor position.

The modern poor are people who are involved in economic labor division. The income for a family of four people is 600RMB per month, it is still a question for them to live a normal life. What’s more, the public service in city has some kind of force, and they are mainly made by city elites, everyone should buy it. The farmer entering the city can’t cook by firewood, they have to use natural gas and electric energy; they may not need to pay the personal income tax, but the government provide them all kinds of plubic service, they should pay for them. When they are on the road, they need to pay the fee of passing by, because they have no free road to go; they have to buy newspaper and watch TV, because there is no other way of getting news. All in all, there are many public service waiting for them to pay. Therefore, the modern society does not permit the existence of poor.
